What this policy covers

This page explains how the guides on Brother Hai's Pho Restaurant are chosen, written, checked, and corrected. It applies to every page on this site, in every language, and it is the standard we use when a reader, an advertiser, or a search engine asks how a page was produced.

Who writes the guides

The site is an independent, fan-made resource. It is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, the developer of Brother Hai's Pho Restaurant, or the developers of the other games listed. Guides are written and edited by the site's editorial team; bylined pages name the person responsible. We do not publish a page under a false author, and we do not present a press release or a store description as our own reporting.

How a game is selected

A game is added when there is enough verified material to answer the questions a player actually asks: how to start, how to play, what blocks progress, and how the endings work. A store listing alone is not enough. A title is left out when the only available information is marketing copy or when the game cannot be checked at all.

Sources and verification

Guide statements are based on the game itself where we can check it, and otherwise on the developer's patch notes, the official store page, and public community reports. A claim that a step, item, code, or ending still works is checked against the current build before it is published. Where a fact cannot be confirmed, the page says so instead of guessing. Prices, platforms, and release dates are checked against the store listing and can differ by region.

Corrections

If a page is wrong, we want to know. Send the page URL and the evidence through the contact form. Confirmed corrections are applied to the article and, where the change matters, recorded in the page's update note. We do not delete a correction request without answering it.

Updates

Guides are reviewed when a game receives a significant patch, when a store listing changes, or when a reader reports a problem. The date at the top of a guide is the date of the last substantive review, not the date the page was first created. A page that has not been checked recently is marked as such rather than presented as current.

Advertising and independence

Advertising pays for the site. Ads are separated from editorial content and are never placed inside a guide's instructions. Advertisers have no input into what we write, which games we cover, or how a guide is rated. Sponsored content, if it ever appears, is labelled as sponsored. The third-party advertising and analytics providers used on this site are named in the Privacy Policy.

Images and trademarks

Screenshots and cover images are used for identification and commentary. Game names, logos, and images belong to their respective owners. If you hold the rights to an image and want it removed or credited differently, contact us with the page URL and we will act on the request.
